Germany: Tuition-free for international students.
Norway: Tuition-free for international students.
France:
The French government recently increased tuition for international students. Presently, public universities are to charge 2,770 EUR per year for a bachelor’s degree and 3,700 EUR for a master’s. This still makes it one of the cheapest study destinations in Europe for African students.
Spain
Public universities in Span charge international students between 750 EUR to 2,500 EUR per year for bachelor’s programs and between 1,000 EUR to 3,500 EUR for master’s programs. This means Spain is one of the cheapest places to study in Europe for African students.
